Eligibility:
- Open to legal residents of Lee’s Summit and Lakewood, Missouri.
- Must be homeowners of their primary residence.
- Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Limit one entry per household.
- Void where prohibited by law.

  - Start: October 1, 2024
  - End: October 31, 2024
  - Drawing: On or before November 8, 2024
- Lakewood Residents:
  - Start: October 1, 2024
  - End: November 29, 2024
  - Drawing: On or before December 6, 2024
How to Enter:
- Purchase Entry:
  - Schedule and pay for our one-time $89 furnace maintenance during the contest period.
- Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary):
  - Print your full name, address, phone number, and email address on a 3×5 card.
  - Mail it to:
    - Lakeside Heating and Cooling Furnace Giveaway
    - Attn: Lakeside Heating and Cooling
    - 1036 NE Jib Ct STE A, Lee’s Summit, MO 64064
  - Mail-in entries must be postmarked by:
    - Lee’s Summit Residents: October 31, 2024, and received no later than November 3, 2024.
    - Lakewood Residents: November 29, 2024, and received no later than December 3, 2024.
Prize:

One (1) York 95% Efficient Furnace system.
Installation included (approximate retail value up to $5,500).
Any code updates are not included.
If installation challenges occur for the 95% flue, a furnace of equal value will be considered.
No cash alternative is available.

Winner Selection and Odds:
- Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries.
- Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification:
- Winners will be notified via phone or email within five (5) business days of the drawing.
- Winners must respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize.
- If no response, an alternate winner may be selected.
Publicity Release:
- By accepting the prize, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and image for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- Participation is voluntary, and consent can be declined without affecting the awarding of the prize.
Limitation of Liability:
- Lakeside Heating & Cooling, LLC is not responsible for any technical failures or unauthorized human intervention.
- By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Lakeside Heating & Cooling, LLC from any liability arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.
General Conditions:
- Lakeside Heating & Cooling, LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the contest.
- The promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
Disputes:
- Any disputes will be resolved individually without resort to class action.
- All claims shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Missouri.
