Brad Heydon, owner of Lakeside Heating and Cooling, is a second-generation comfort expert! With over 25 years of experience, Brad started his career working in his dad’s HVAC company. Involved not only in the day-to-day operations, Brad showed great expertise in design and installation.
Throughout his career, Brad worked in many facets of the industry, including design, specialty controls, and at the largest manufacturer of HVAC residential accessory products. His vast experience highlights his dedication and knowledge in the field.
In 2022, Brad returned to the contracting side of the business and purchased Fred Williams & Son Heating and Cooling. Mr. Williams passed on his 30-year-old company into the capable hands of Brad. Brad is most proud that all the Williams employees continue to work at Lakeside.
We wanted to create an image most important in Brad’s early days growing up in Lees Summit. Growing up in a lake community and the memories surrounding that lake, hence the name Lakeside. Brad and his wife and two kids still live in that neighborhood today!
